Alamance GOP Convention

The County convention will not be held at the Historic Courthouse.  Please see below for details.

The Alamance County Republican Party will hold its annual convention on Thursday, March 26th, 2020.  The Convention will be by telephone conference.

The telephonic convention will be held on March 26th at 7:00 p.m.

As recommended by both the NCGOP and RNC, we will convene via a virtual or telephonic meeting open to all convention attendees. This method of communication will still allow us to ratify the slate of delegates for the District and State Conventions. 

To register as a delegate you must:

- You must register by March 21st

- There is no cost to register

- Registered attendees will receive the necessary call-in number and information via email, once we are closer to the convention

At the recommendations received from federal, state and local government officials, we are taking into account the necessary precautions due to the spread of COVID-19. Your health remains the most important factor and appreciate your flexibility due to these unforeseen circumstances. You will continue to receive updates when information becomes available.
